year we know that there will be scheduled community events along with
private parties scheduled for each month, and many have golf activities at
the new Club in Sapphire, and for that reason we have scheduled the
community cook outs for once monthly. At
the first cookout, we will be asking for volunteers thereafter to set up
the grille, tables, ect. for future functions.
Two couples to host per function is recommended and if you
volunteer for a certain date and will be away, we ask that you
please have someone take your place.
When you are hosting a cookout, you need to check your supplies
ahead of time, and it is asked that you carry the garbage bags home to
avoid any looting by bears. Contact Barry Gold, 507-0092, mobile 743-2124l
to unlock the Pavilion. Brenda Council, Suzanne Magalis and Shirley Insoft
also have access. All houseguests are welcomed.
